Our Programs

The fundamentals program is designed for our students aged 3-4 years old. In this class, we focus on teaching students impulse control, coordination, and basic entry-level techniques. A great deal of time is spent building up the student’s bodies so that they can meet the physical demands of the beginner program. In this class, students learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
